Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, kindly reach out to us at weardweartees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include detailed images of the product showcasing the issue and its original packaging. Upon verification, we'll promptly reprint and ship a replacement product to you at zero charge.

Size Discrepancies: If there's a size discrepancy with the product received, provide images of the product alongside its measurements. Our production team will review this information for validation.

Unboxing: We recommend careful unboxing. In cases where the package is damaged during unboxing (e.g., due to scissors or any sharp object), a refund may not be feasible unless you provide an unpacking video or images of the courier cover.

Wrong Size Ordered or Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size or for reasons unrelated to defects or damage, such returns will be managed at your expense. You'll need to place a new order for the correct or desired item.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages.

Re-shipment: If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped then there is a cost of the re-shipment.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to a week to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Order Cancellation

Once an order goes into processing we can NOT guarantee that it can be canceled or make any changes and do not guarantee refunds, so make sure before placing an order.
